Hi, what do you mean by 2X10 or 2X15, etc..? 2 sets of 10, or 2 sets using 10lbs?

    Please advise, Thanks,
    ~ Dee ~

It’s the weight used by the instructor. When it says 2×10 it means using 2 dumbbells weighing 10 lbs. When it says 1×40 or similar, it means using a barbell with 40 lbs. Then in the blank spots you can record what weight you personally use. The sets aren’t included because for that I just follow along with the instructor–but the weights are good to record so you can work on going heavier with later workouts.
