I’m Back! And I have a plan….

This week I’m trying to finally get back into regular workouts. I’m easing into it with a fairly simple 5-day rotation.

MONDAY…………………Slim Strong & Sexy Body Sculpt: Upper Body (Michelle Dozois)
TUESDAY………………..STS Shock Cardio: Step Moves (Cathe Friedrich)
WEDNESDAY………….Slim Strong & Sexy Body Sculpt: Lower Body (Michelle)
THURSDAY…………….Cardio Kickbox Challenge (Tracey Staehle)
FRIDAY…………………..10 Minute Solution: 5-Day Get Fit Mix (Amy Bento) or other total body
WEEKEND………………Rest (plus possibly a walk)

We’ll see how the baby goes along with this.  Today he let me have a 1/2 hour before he got fussy, so I managed at least upper body.
